Due to the incomprehensible situation and the fate of this mod, I leave it here for general access.

To change numbers -
We are looking for mod_tuning.pbo, open it, find the data folder, then the plate folder - there are all the numbers, draw ours and you're done.
The types.xml files are in the archive.

The mod is uploaded to GoogleDisc in the archive there is a link and types.xml.
1. Unpack the archive with the mod.
2. Add the mod to your mod pack.
3. Throw the key into the folder with the keys.
4. Add and register all equipment to the server.
