SobrMods_Loot_Crate is a modification for DayZ that adds dynamic loot containers (ammunition, gear, etc.) that appear in game worlds according to preset parameters. When spawning a container, the mod can simultaneously create zombie guards around it, mine the area nearby, and add decorative objects (mapping) to create an atmosphere of finding a valuable cache. Containers can be either ordinary (immediately available for loot) or locked – in this case, they need to be broken with a skeleton key before accessing the contents. The main goal of the mod is to enrich the gameplay with dynamic events with hiding places. The server administrator configures through the JSON configuration where and how the boxes will spawn: you can specify the spawn points, intervals, loot composition, number of zombie guards, the probability of installing a minefield and environmental decorations. The mod automatically ensures that when the box is emptied, it is removed after a set time, and all mines and decorations created for it are cleaned. In addition, logging of all key events (spawn, taking objects, detonating mines, etc.) and sending notifications to players about the appearance of caches is provided.
