Just a couple of questions
- Is the entire map set up including all of the north, CNPP etc?
- Does this include quests all set up and if so how many?
- Are all anomalies set up all over the map?
- Are traders set up?
- What mods are used?
- Can a server be set up to view? 
- Are the custom mods mad by you/do you have the rights to transfer and no DMCA would be possible?
Sorry for all the questions but its a lot of money to spend and I want to make sure its right for me
