I redid one mod.
From the pros, it eats fps much less than other mods.
There is a shadow simulation.
For spawn, use objectbilder) 
Light for the street Light_Street, high brightness, radius of 35 meters
The light inside the building is Light_inside, the brightness is less, the radius is 8 meters
